When we think of rubber in connection with automobiles we immediately think about its application as tires.

However, beyond this component known to everybody numerous other rubber parts, rubber-metal and rubber-plastic connections are used in a variety of modules in an automobile. They make it possible that modern automobiles are able to set standards with regard to safety, efficiency, comfort, and reliability.

For decades KÄCHELE has been supplying renowned automobile manufacturers and their system distributers with these components.  On this basis, KÄCHELE experts advise and support their customers already in the early development stages. Products are developed together with our partners which are coordinated with regard to design and material selection ideally to meet extreme challenges in their usage.

During this process it is always a challenge for our compound development to select a rubber mixture which is optimal for the framework conditions. KÄCHELE products function reliably, also during extreme temperatures or upon contact with aggressive materials.

Through a highly automated manufacturing process and pursuant to ISO TS/16949 : 2009 certified processes a flawless and reproducible parts quality at the best conditions and at the requested date are guaranteed. Needed tools are manufactured in own tool making facilities and are  thus geared optimally for the respective production equipment.

Through innovative logistics concepts KÄCHELE ensures in cooperation with the customer that the needed parts are available "just-in-time" in the requests amount and quality.
